If you came across this website, you are aligned with benefiting from a Holy Fire Karuna Reiki energy session. Many of my returning clients start by never having experienced Reiki before and although it intrigues their interest, they find it helpful to have an idea of what to expect before coming into their first session.
A 60 minute session is $80, however plan to spend 90 minutes at the ZenSourceful Living Reiki office. I have found it profoundly beneficial to spend time sitting and listening to my client’s intentions, concerns and goals (or help them uncover what that may even be!)
Receiving Reiki is a wonderfully passive experience. No need to try to relax, allow the Reiki to relax you. Your state will shift quite naturally as the session proceeds. Meanwhile, feel free to daydream, enjoy the music or simply observe your breath and the sensations of the therapy.
Each session includes the Holy Fire Reiki Experience. A choice of eye pillow or light covering will be offered to enhance your ability to tune inward to wonderful sensations and personal insight awareness during. (Like having an amazing dream, but in an awaken state). High vibrational or binaural beat music is played and organic essential oils are infused in the room if desired, which also activates the chakras.
The high vibrational energy within the personalized Holy Fire guided meditation as you first settle in on the bed, will gently bring you into a space of mindfulness and relaxation. Holy Fire Reiki will begin soon after starting at the crown of the head and grounding the energy at the feet at the end of session.
The energy feels warm and soothing within the body, inviting your energy to leave you light, present, fulfilled and with clarity.
Being open to receiving your own intuitive information and guidance using all of your senses during is helpful or just lay back and enjoy the calming experience.

After the session, no need to rush off the bed and blissfulness. I allow plenty of time for you to process and integrate. We can discuss any intuitive energy information we received during. Holistic empowerment tools are suggested with an understanding of why you had been experiencing physical or emotional imbalances prior to session. My goal is to empower you far beyond the session.
